Custom Valve’s field service teams offer full valve services for support during shutdowns and normal operation. Our field service personnel are highly trained, experienced mechanics, machinists, welders, and application engineers. Custom Valve’s field service teams are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for rapid-response deployment.
One of our specialties is emergency response and short-turnaround valve repair work. We have a track record of helping our customers get their plants back on line quicker by shortening the repair time for the given emergency. This is done by breaking each emergency down into a series of sequential tasks and streamlining each task to yield the shortest possible duration for the overall successful repair.

Our field service crews are equipped to perform the most extensive repair at your facility. We have an evolving fleet of valve repair service trailers and trucks.
- (1) 24′ field service trailer — fully equipped with tooling for any in-line valve repair
- (1) 20′ field service trailer — fully equipped with tooling for any in-line valve repair
- (1) 14′ field service trailer — fully equipped with tooling and test equipment for on-site control valve testing and repair; also equipped to handle any in-line control valve repair
- (4) 14′ field service trailers — fully equipped with tooling and test equipment for on-site safety valve testing and repair; also equipped to handle any in-line safety valve repair
- (2) 14′ field service trailers — fully equipped with tools for any in-line valve repair, capable of testing valves with either gas or liquid
