PERSONNEL Custom Valve’s Field Service Teams offer full valve services for support during shutdowns and normal operation. Our field service teams are highly trained and experienced. Our personnel include mechanics, machinists, welders, and application engineers. Custom Valve’s field service teams are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for rapid response deployment.One of our specialties is emergency response and short turn around valve repair work. We have a track record of helping our customers get their plants back on line quicker by shortening the repair time for the given emergency. This is done by breaking each emergency down to a series of sequential tasks and streamlining each task to yield the shortest possible duration for the overall successful repair.
